We have several different programs available for kicking and punting athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Off Season
Training
The off season training program is for kickers and punters at the high school, college, pro, or free agent level.

It is completed before or after a kicker or punter's regular season. The program adds strength and movement to significantly improve an athlete’s kicking game during the off season.
Additional Programs
This program can be added to your in or off season training program, or with the JP Team.

This program is designed for kickers and punters. It should be done before starting the off season program.

This program can be added to your in or off season training program, or with the JP Team. It builds off of the first mobility program so it is more advanced.
This is a 9 week program that focuses on giving additional foundational movement and practice to improve your kicking and punting game.
