What you need to know about Each Program
The JP Team programs are designed for fitness enthusiasts who are looking to take their workouts to an explosive level. With expert coaching, this virtual training program allows you to work out when you want, all while having a research-backed program that continues to push you each and every week.
Shredded & TOned
The 6-12-25 method, popularized by strength coach named Charles Poliquin, is a training protocol designed to increase muscle hypertrophy and strength. It involves three different sets of repetitions for an exercise. The idea behind this method is to fatigue different muscle fibers at varying levels of intensity, which can lead to greater muscle development and overall strength improvements.
Strength Forge 5
This 6-week strength and conditioning program is designed to enhance strength, improve body composition, and maintain athleticism. It includes five training sessions per week, comprising two lower body days, two upper body days, and one conditioning day. Each workout focuses on compound movements, supplemented by accessory exercises to ensure balanced development and prevent injury.
